Has anybody fitted a Bimini to a 301, if so can they please let me have details, photos, plans etc.... if poss also if you have connected it to the spray hood.
As you know the main sheet track is in the middle of the cockpit. Cheers. Dave |

I am in the process of stitching together new fabric for the 20 year old original.
The company which built the original is somewhere in north Germany. I will try to fine the name in the original documentation. The biggest problem will be finding 25mm tubing which is longer than 2m to bend to the correct shape Andrew |

Andrew, I don’t suppose you could make a paper template of your sections for the Bimini, and photograph the tube structure..
that would be great. Here’s. Dave PS I have a stainless steel stockholder in Worcester that I think could prob get any length you wanted but it comes down to then transporting it.. I last used him for. 3mtr s/s pole about 2 yrs ago. So rather than you try through Marine chandlers, go to a stainless steel stock holder and they will usually cut to your required length. If I make a paper template it would be an approximation at the seem where I have stitched joint together along the middle frame section.
I made a photo of the material and found some picture from my achieve of the frame below The tubing along the front and middle is 1" but the rear is 30mm 224cm x 157cm
