Anyone having contact information to after sales service people, preferable at management level? I have some issues with my dealer IŽd like to raise.

Hej Bjarne,
I have tried to contact the Hanse after sales department 3 times in the last 3 years. I have NEVER even received a reply. Therefore my conclusions are: a) Hanse does not have an after sales department b) if they have one, they do not care about Hanse customers Fortunately Hanse has some outstanding dealers, who excel in customer service, even after the warranty period. Problems of course occurr, when you are based in a country, where sales are entrusted to a 2nd class dealer. My distributor says that the Hanse technical service to its dealer network is good.

Try to be fair, Frank!The Hanse After Sales Service (ASS) is working well! If you don't get an answer why don't you call them? There might be a language barrier in case you want to discuss technical questions, be aware it is a German company. Try to that with some Beneteau-Dufour-Jeanneau ASS, I'm sure you will get answers mostly in French and that's it. After my experiences I always got a very professional service and answes within a reasonal time. AND: There are so many experienced owners in this forum that you are never left alone. Do you know service this of any other brand? I don't and as mentioned in another context potential customers were impressed by this fundus of commercial-free judgments. |

If you bought your boat new, your contract will have been with a dealer and not Hanse directly. If you have warranty issues these should be addressed by the dealer who may make representations to Hanse if appropriate. I don't think Hanse will provide any after sales support direct to the boat owner.
