Hi at all!
I'm Francesco and i've just bought an hanse 370e 2007. Yesterday i discovered this cable into the dinette, left side Someone could help me to know what this cable is? Someone could point me to the right direction to know what "7.2" means? Thanks a lot. |

Dear Francesco,
I believe this is the male connection to an optional 220 volt outlet by the chart table. For sure this is 220 volt including "ground" (the two colored yellow/green in the middle). Try to follow the cable and I'm sure you will end up around the central point of the 220 volt central. Best regards Anders - Copenhagen - Denmark

I can second the opinion of Anders: 1) it is for sure a 220 Volt cable with the German color coding 2) Just measure if it has 220 Volt However I am puzzled by the male plug. The Berker Integro program normally is using screwed contacts.

The 7.2 should refer to a reference on the wiring diagram (if you have one for your model/year)
If it's in the galley, it might be an optional connection for the microwave. Just a guess....

I just looked it up on the newer wiring diagrams from 2012 for a 345. Cable 7.1 is the 220 V AC one leading to the water heater. I think Rubato is right, this could be the cable for the microwave which was an option on the larger models. Maybe an owner with a newer diagram for the 385 can help.

I hope the upload worked. Following this (2Cabin version Hanse 370) 7.2 is on port for Enginelamp 12v 7.2 is on starboard for the lockerlamp 12v........ But the cable looks like a 220v Cable......... Edited by Peter-Blake - 27 September 2017 at 12:24 |

Hi Francesco, we have a 325 and the cable you show is the same as the connectors that distribute the 230v around the boat. The picture above is the back of the 230v circuit breaker below the chart table which has the same connectors. Cheers Paul Edited by Nilandhoo - 28 September 2017 at 08:57 |
