I have noticed there are no ground wires attached to keel bolts? Has anyone experienced the same? Is this normal?

Seems to be these days.  You'll likely find no earth bonding on your seacocks or rudder post either.  I remember a previous myHanse thread that went into this in some detail.

There is no hull anode either so there is nowhere to connect the earth cable.

This is only my personal opinion not a recommendation. But if you bond items to an earth point it only attracts stray currents by giving them a route back to earth. An isolated metal item can not pass current if the current has no where to go. A plastic pipe full of water will act as a conductor but a loop will stop the conduction by providing an air gap.
You can wear a pair of rubber insulating boots and using one hand hold a 220v live cable without getting an electric shock. There is No where for the current to go! use your other hand to touch a metal object and you will get a shock.
So bonding everything on your boat will only attract trouble.

Again only my opinion and don't try it at home!!

My H355 from 2011 has an original keel grounding.
But the connector on a bolt is a bit loose.

There is a hull anode in my boat right under the zink.

Idelfix

There is one of these on our 2008 430 as well but I can't remember where the cables connecting it come from.
I will have a look tomorrow, I presumed that this was the 'lightening protection' grounding plate and not for use as an anode or common bonding point for seacocks etc.

Our keel is grounded and we have a separate anode on the hull connected to ground plane
First 4000 miles, no substantial problems

Our Hanse 400 (2011), needs a new rudder. It seems an electrical current has caused massive corrosion to the rudder stock.

Last year while replacing our steering cable the marine engineers told us they had earthed the lightening conductor. Could this have caused the problem?
