hello all 320 owners,
i have a 315 and wanted to know if anyone can share with me if their self taking jib is 22sqm as stated in the brochure. i find the 16sqm self tacking jib on my 315 too small for light winds and hope there is a larger solution.
if so, a picture of the jib would be much appreciated.
thanks

Hi,
the different sizes are due to different rigg dimensions of the 311/312/315 on the one hand and the new 320. They placed the mast quite a bit (appr. 20cm) astern. To enlarge your foresail area you will have to change from the self-tacking jib to a "normal" genua (e.g. 108 % or 140 %) |
