I'd also take a look at the silicone sealing around the hull and deck joints, just in case.

Yes, still watertight around the chain locker; the boat is 10 years old now. The two forward opening cabin windows dribble a bit now though, and the forepeak hatch never gets opened because it's sealed up with Blu-Tack!

All the best

Alisa, was a dry boat for three years until it was hauled out for a new coat of bottom paint. Turns out that when they cleaned and pressure washed the bottom they also pressure washed some mold that had developed around the hull and deck joint by the transom.   After weeks of looking for a leak 3 months after the haul out, it turned out to be exactly the hull and deck joint by the transom!! It's just a thin bead of silicone that is sealing what has not been completely sealed when it was sandwiched together. Hope this helps.
By the way a small wet vac and a "shamwow" rag are a great way to clean and dry the bilge without removing floorboards.

I have the same problem in a 2006 315, but in my case the water only entered when the stern lowers when under power or with a stern wave.
For now I have solved with Sikaflex from the outside, but also inside the locker, but I would like to resin from the inside.
Do you have better ideas?
Thank you
