Hello,
I'm sorry but not speaking English, I use a translator to communicate.
I introduce myself. My name is Lionel, I live in France and we love navigation with my wife. We sold our boat and if possible I would like people with a Hanse 341 to answer my questions.
I find them very beautiful, seem solid. I know the 411 because a friend has one.
Can someone tell me if it is a fast boat or not because I hesitate between the hanse who complains about us and a First 36S7.
Making a little regatta, can you tell me how he behaves in regatta?
I watched but there is no Hanse 341 registered in the inter club regattas.
So if I do business with this model, I would be the first registered in france "genial".

For the English:
First will be better performing in light winds, Hanse will come up above 15kn TWS.

It is a difficult question.....
Who is faster......Never the boat - always the better sailor ;-)

Following the yardsticksystem the First 36S7 is a little bit slower than the Hanse 341. (So far i thought Firsts are faster boats......but maybe this one is not)

Hanse 341 Yardstick is 95
First 36S7 is 97

So the diffrence on the paper is about 2%

Thank you for your answers and I hope that the translator's English suits you.
Now, does anyone tell me a little about this boat, in generality?
Habitabilite, barrage, advantages, inconveniants?
Thank you in advance

In any case, the 341 is more canvas than a first 35s5

Having sailed both I have to say in my opinion the Hanse 341 is the better boat. It appears to be heavier construction and although depends on personal taste I prefer the internal fit out and finish on the Hanse and that is why I brought one. The self tacking jib makes it easier to handle with less crew and unless you want to use a cruising chute or spinnaker a safer option.

Cheers,

Rob

What can you blame the Hanse 341?
What are these qualities?

?
I heard talked about that some Hanse have rudder problems. Is the 341 in this case?

I think that it depends on the year of manufacture. Pre 2004/5 ( i think that is the date , others will confirm)some of the rudders were made by a polish company. After that i think they were made by Jefra. Some of the earlier ones can be suspect- but not those by Jefra
There are some examples of the 341 available which can be a good purchase.
A new rudder cost me euro 3500  in August 2014 & the bearings euro 200 plus labour

There are 2 rudder failure reported.
