Does any owner of the new 315 have a factory fitted inverter?
If so - can you please tell me where it is installed. I am adding a Victron 12/375 inverter to my new 315 and want to know where best to install it. Thanks for any input!!

Hi Samtutuki
I don't know whether this helps as I have a 312, but I've installed my inverter under the chart table as depicted in the image. Bob |

Is there room for it behind saloon cushions? Epoxy a shelf to the inside of the hull!

Mine is installed on the front wall in the batt compartment on a 345. However I find my 350 Watts inverter too small to power coffee machines etc. Given the opportunity again I would go for a 1500 Watt continuous ( 2000 W Peak ) solution which needs more space.

Thanks for all the comments. I think I will try the battery compartment to reduce dc cable size, length and therefore losses.
