I have noticed a vibration when motoring fairly fast and turning to port. The vibration lasts for about 1-2 seconds. I am not sure if it is the rudder or the sail drive. Has anyone else experienced this problem. The only other time I had similar vibration was when I had seaweed on the rudder.

Strange things happen when you move a propeller sideways thru the water for example during turns.
Also the vortexes created during turns by the keel can create a small haos. As long as the vibrations are temporary I wouldn't worry about them. |
