Hi,
Does the 575 have a windlass breaker switch or is it fact a fuse either or it seems very difficult to get to behind the footwell of the Nav table?

Duncan,

I think you will find there is only a fuse which as you say is on the wiring panel outboard of the nav station seat. Fuse F82 which is 160 amp on our boat. We do a lot of anchoring and the winch is put under a lot of strain when tightening the chain when tying back or Med mooring and we have not had an issue with this fuse in five seasons.

Wait a minute... there is a fuse below the nav station on the main board, but there is also a button on the wurth panel (12V on my boat) which must be on.   Its not a breaker, just a switch/relay, but...   there is a fuse there as well...
