Does anyone have a drawing of the 455/458 210 liter diesel fuel tank which includes the dimensions ?
I would like to do an accurate calculation of the actual fuel volume as a function of the height of the fuel level as measured by the fuel sender float.

Hi Jonny, Took some dims a few months ago with intention of doing something similar but never did. Might keep you going until something more 'propper' appears. Dims make no allowance for skin thickness. Top of tank is flat with RH top corners being right-angles in all three planes. Be interested to see how close to 210-litre it is. Cheers.

Hi everyone, to get accurate reading of the fuel tank you dont need to go thru the exercise to measure its
awkward shape, all you need to do is to have an empty tank and your favorite diesel station, you fill up a gallon and record the reading on the DC panel, you fill another gallon and record another reading and so on until you have the tank full and the reading of 100%. Thats what we did when I picked my boat at Greifswald but I lost that table unfortunately.
