Yes NK1. I would take 30 cm and 20 cm to avoid contact between the two halyards (and the two sails). Sometimes  the halyard or upper part of the furled code 0 get stuck while furling the jib. The solution then is to unfurl the jib again, put more tension on the code-0-halyard and furl the jib again.
I considered to not use the guide for the code-0-halyard and go directly to the insert in the mast, but I fear the forces on the axis of the pulley in the mast might be too big and not in the right direction..

NK1. I do not longer have the part number of the bowsprit. The most accurate thing to do is to take a picture of your own bow and send it to Boatoon. I hope they have a solution for you.
