With two children (who cannot yet sleep together otherwise they kill each other) and the intention of using the boat also during the winter months, I would like to have the option of turning the central part of the boat into a lounge/convivial/bed area.

First question: was it an option for the 375 to have the table drop down to make a bed?

Second question: has anyone done this conversion?

Third question: do you have suggestions/ideas on how to do something like that, or perhaps you have done it yourself?

Just finished our one-month cruise around Elba island and we are super happy of our "new" 375, she really flies compared to most similarly-sized boats! Now we are planning to use it even more in colder climates...

I have a 370 and the saloon table does not drop flat enough to make a double bed.  With it in its lowest position it is good as a single and the edge of the table sort of acts like a small lee cloth.  If I need a double I find that an air mattress over the table and the sofa works OK

You can sit on the edge but it tilts uncomfortably much so we rather not although the base can handle it.
When we eat, no elbows on the table but then again you shouldn´t.
In my case the advantages overrules.

Now, that is a nice arrangement!

The structure of the table top was also my concern and I was thinking of changing it with something more solid and narrow so that it does not protrude beyond the line of the sofa. When we will all eat below deck, two will eat there and two at the chart table.

Just one question, I imagine that the standard wooden leg is wider that the primero leg, how did you do it? Did you find a matching floor panel? Do you have a picture of the base?

Thanks a lot for all your inputs
