Hi
I have on my aftstay 3 RF wire blocks from Rutgerson.
Wheels are blocked and I don't know if they should be like this, or they have to turn smoothly.
If the should, plz. Advice how to have them turn again.
They are to expensive, just to buy new.

Soak them in vinegar overnight. Rinse, apply sailcote and clamp sheave in a vise, and force it. It will eventually loosen up. A heat gun might help.
