There was power at the 230v outlet.
The reset button under the black plastic panel at the back of the Quick boiler has brought it back to life. For future reference it would be good to know the location of this fuse, however. Even better would be a complete guide to the location of all fuses on our boats. I have spotty information at best. |

Anyone know where the fuse is for the Quick 230v water heater on our boats?
My water heater stopped working and I want to investigate the fuse first. According to the wire diagram, there’s a 10amp fuse in the AC panel marked 5F4, linked to XS101.7. I see the wire coming out of the AC panel and then it descends into darkness and tightly bound wires. The fuse should be on AC panel 2, but I can’t seem to locate it. The Quick heater manual also indicates there’s a reset button, but it’s under a cover and I’ve yet to investigate this bit. It’s possible the heater ran for a moment while low on water, so I suspect something tripped. |
