As I became crazy because I could not stowe tall water bottles vertically in the drawer fridge, I found a free place where to install a new fridge..

Nice.... I haven't looked in this space yet, but is it a void from the factory? Do you have actual refrigeration or is it just a storage for the bottles? If you have any details to back up the picture (where the compressor is located, insulation, etc.. that would be very interesting. I was looking at something like this myself. |

I do not have other pictures now with me.
However, yes it is a fridge. The compressor is fitted behind the drawer freezer, where the other compressors are together with the A/C unit. There is plenty of space there. The new fridge box is stainless stell, with a small bottom discharge hole. Outside is isolated with proper material. All custom made from a fridge technician. |

I've been looking for a place to put an icemaker (to free up space in the freezer for cubes) as well as store cold drinks. It would therefore need to be both refrigerator and freezer, but quite possible given your example. Did you get the material for the top (matching wood) from Hanse, or did you match it some other way. |

No need for extra wood, you will use the same top piece cut.
As an alternative also polished stainless steel should be nice. Mine is also freezer, I just have to lower the temp set point. |

On my 470 the cockpit table has been made into a third fridge/freezer with the compressor underneath. It works really well.
