To day i was working on the clutted freshwater filter, and had a look at the engine. The cylinderhead was warm!!

Is that because of the isolation in the engine room, with the sun shining?? Or could it be some odd electrical error? I had not started the engine, only filling the batteries !!! Its a 3ym30

Best regards Peter

You may have noticed, that you get warm water after running the engine for a while?
This gives a hint to that there may be some connection from the hot water in the engine to the waterheater.
And when you turn on the waterheater, the same connection is heating the engines cooling water which is in turn is heating the cylinderhead. No reason to panic!

P.S. One could argue, that there is no circulation in the engines cooling water, when the engine is not running. But it is simple physics, that the warm water is rising, and the cold water is sinking, so in the end the engines cooling water will be hot. There is an electric heater (230V) in the unit, and furthermore a convection gizmo which cirkulates the cooling water from the engine in the unit.

Thank you kjeld. I thought the water heating was purely electric.
And as a matter of fact, I was panicking !!

Best regards Peter
