I have used Wichard toe rail fastener in Hanse 371 model from 2005 also with solid toerail. You just have to saw a bit of palstic away from Wichard and it fits perfectly. I have put picture in the forum, but can't find it right now. How been working well with large 102m2 gennaker for many years.

Someone know if there is a dealer in Norway for this item?

I would be careful sheeting the jib on a tor rail mounted block. On later models with semilar toe-rail the screws are simple self-tapping into the GRP. I use to have a 371 from 2004 with the old toe-rail and from my memory the screws were screwed into thin aluminium plates instead of nuts.
To be safe with the loads from the jib, I would mount a padeye close to the toe rail. It should be easy to access the underside of the deck from the looker in front of the shrouds.
There is a special fitting for the toe rail on the newer Hanses (like my 400e from 2006) but the maximum load on this is some 200kg, to low for the jib.
Another option is to fit a dynema loop to the stanchion base. This is what I use for my 107% jib on a Beam reach.
