Anyone else who got a problem with the blinds not folding correctly after some rain and sloppy kids who can't close hatches before leaving. I know that Dometic bought Oceanair and perhaps there is some one in the forum who changed the blinds to a somewhat more durable fabric/solution?

I'm reluctant to buy the same quality again from Hanse.

Our boat is from 2014. (Blinds in white folds like an accordion and mosquito net in black)

If you just try to pull on them, they bunch up and look like %$#%$$.    We've gotten more careful about pulling from the center,  not letting them bunch up, and they work OK with that caution.  Its not a very robust design, in my opinion, but it works.

I had the OceanAir hatches on our last boat and the difference is that one is folding material and the other rolling material. The rolling doesn't have the bunching up problem, but it had its own set of issues.
