Hi Everyone

I've in the process of fitting AIS and Navtex to my 418 and had some questions about connecting the DC

It looks like the +ive and -ive both go to the Wurth panel, with both being in a single connector (not sure if Hanse supplied any connectors in the maintenance kit, will have to look). Firstly, is my understanding correct?

Secondly, how do I identify where the spare slots are eg F1 / F2 etc

Thirdly, both devices require a fuse. I can easily wire an inline fuse into the +ive but I note none of the other connections have fuses in them, so they must be fused on the big board that is below the Wuth panel, under the chart table?

Thanks

Matt

Hi Matt,

if you PM me with your e-mail address I will send you all the details about the Würth panel, including where to connect and find the fuses.

The easiest way to procure the connectors would be Boatoon. They are not expensive, I ordered 10 of these. Unfortunately Hanse does not include any of these in the spares box.

Hi,

Can I have wurth panel details as well. In our 418, we have some connection mismatch between ligths and fridge. I need to find them on panel backend.
