on my Hanse 455, In the toilet of salon, the 90 °bend at the outlet of ball valve is corroded.
I would like to replace this bend, but it's impossible to unscrew it, because it is too close to the board at the bottom of the cupboard ( cupboard under the sink)
this board is glued and is not removable, should you cut this board or wait to get out the boat and dismantle everything, the skin fitting and the valve? in this case I change everything by devices Trudesign
did anyone have this problem?

In your picture there is a brown screw in the lower cabinetboard.
Perhaps it holds the board?
Must have been installed the same way.

I would not work on throughull valves or bends connected to the valves when the boat is in the water.

the brown screw is indeed a fixation, I found the reference it is a onefix, but even unlocked nothing moves, the whole seems to stick to the sika or other
that's for sure, I would wait to take the boat out of the water to dismantle everything, meanwhile I closed the valve.

When i replaced all of the trough holes on my 400 i discovered the fast and easy way to remove everything was to use a hole saw the same diameter as the thread of the skin fitting thread you are removing and drill the head of the skin fitting off from the outside of the boat.

If you have ever removed a pop rivet its the same principle, identity the diameter of the skin fitting threat, tap a tapered softwood plug into the outside of the skin fitting, cut the plug flush with the skin fitting head. then carefully locate center of the plug and drill small amounts at a time until the head of the old skin fitting can be taped off. Then you can remove the hoses inside and simply pull and remove the entire valve, tails, elbows etc as an entire assembly, no need to unscrew anything saving hours.

Re assembly?
How is the OP going to screw the elbow back on?
Presumably, put the elbow on the valve, then screw the skin fitting up into the valve, also with the back nut fitted. OK if the skin fitting has a locating pin to allow one to put a flat bar up inside it to turn it. However, whilst doing that one has to ensure that any bedding compound is not displaced

It is also an expensive option just to replace the elbow. So would the best answer would be to solve the problem of removing the timber surround once & for all? Then whatever sort of unit fitted it can always be serviced.Even if it meant cutting a section of the trim out with a fine saw & removing that part & then refitting it as a removable piece.

 Thank you for your answers
the distributor suggested to cut the elbow to take it out then to go up with the new elbow with an extension, it's also a solution. I can also put a straight outlet and bend the pipe.
but as I am going to put a larger Trudesigne valve, I think it will end by cutting the board, we must be able to make it clean, of course without cutting the slides.
Is all 455 mounted with the valve too close to the board or is it due to a beer too much for mine?

you fit the new Trudesign skin fittings first, this is the only area on my boat where i use 3M 5200, you want these bedded well and never to spin on the sealant when assembling or removing parts in the future. Allow that to set for 24 hours before fitting the valves and elbows using Sika 291 black.

Then i would fit the elbow to the skin fitting first and have your ball valve horizontal and it should all fit well.
