I would recommend you have a professional survey carried out. I would be very surprised if his fee is not recovered by work he recommends the yacht needs done.
Things to look out for:
How old are the seacocks and through hull fittings and what are they made of?
age of saildrive diaphram ?
Condition of engine and engine mounts ?
Age of rigging/sails covers?
lift the floor to see if it has been grounded.
Age and condition of electrics and navigational aids.
These are great boats and many owners recon they are better made than newer models but inevitably they will need upgrading in some dept so get a survey done and negotiate a price depending on his recommendations. Pretty sure it is a buyers market this year.
It,s not over till the fat lady drowns

thanks ...almost of all your topics are already on my checklist, some major upgrading has been done through the years, for sure the rigging needs to be done.
Some people here  says that this boats are a bit slow in light winds due to the small autotacking genoa...is true or as i think is only a matter of trimming the big main sail??
