Between the docs for the boat and for the Saildrive, it is not clear what zinc part #'s we need to replace anodes on the Hanse 348 with Yanmar SD25. I would liked to source the parts either locally or from a US-based ecommerce site. Confidently, the original hull anode is a Vetus Type 15 which I think correlates to boatzincs.com part # ZINC15C. The Yanmar manual does not exactly match what my Saildrive has (the manual is missing the second whole collar zinc set). One probable match is 196440-02660 Yanmar Saildrive Split Ring Zinc Anode (pair). But as for the second collar zinc fitted behind the split ring – is it the 15527500 Zinc Anode Ring? A related question is whether my diver also needs the “kits” that the zinc parts distributors offer, or once the boat is commissioned, are the kit parts already in place? If anyone has gone through this process and kept the part #'s, I would appreciate knowing what we need!

Not sure that I quite get your description. However the saildrive variations all have similar anode setups. Assuming a standard prop, then there is just the one zinc anode collar behind the prop.  To replace it requires pulling the prop. To convert that to a split anode which can be replaced in the water then an adapter kit must be installed with the prop off. After that, anode swaps can be done in water and using a split anode. Note many folding props will have an additional prop specific anode on the ‘nose’ of the prop.  Also some rope cutters fittings will not work with the split anode setup. I haven’t bought them there (I’m UK based) however the links you are probably after in boatzincs.com are: split anode https://www.boatzincs.com/yan196440-02660.html and install kit for split anode https://www.boatzincs.com/yan-adapterkit.html

Thanks Mark. The split ring set on you link looks right. And I think the kit to allow in-water changes is already installed, pictures below. The second set of zincs for the prop is the last piece of the puzzle. My local Yanmar guy asked to track down which specific propeller the factory installed, as that would determine which parts those are behind the split ring set.

Can’t identify your prop with any certainty. At a guess I’d say it was a Flex-o-fold. Maybe someone else on MyHanse can wade in with an idea. Worth putting it up in a Facebook sailing forum where you may get more viewings & ideas. FYI it is possible that the collar behind the prop may just be a spacer rather than a zinc anode.

Resolved. Found my prop model number off a before-launch picture and narrowed down the 3rd set needed. For reference, 2021 Hanse 348 with Yanmar 3YM20 and SD25 should use these part #'s off boatzincs.com. The cost with standard shipping is US $105.
