I also have a 2004 341 with the same lean. I added a second house battery bank under the starboard settee, problem solved!

My 455 leans to port a lot, very annoying. When I open the fridge it hits the oven corner.

My 2003 hanse 311 sits perfectly upright with 50% water in the stbd fitted tank. The fuel tank is pretty much central so fuel makes no difference to tilt.
What I do not like, is the fact that with so much stowage aft, the boat is not supplied trimmed down by the bow. By the time the aft lockers get the inevitable gear in them & the crew sit in the cockpit the stern is quite low.
When I am single handing I place as much as I can in the bow & try to carry as little excess aft as possible. However, with liferaft in the cockpit, Aeries self steering, spare fuel, sails, bike etc I am on a loser with a small boat.
I have a friend with a 455 & the bow sticks up in the air as if the boat is about to launch skywards.
The dealer says that the boat is meant to sit stern down (!!!!!!!!)
If it is true why do Hanse not paint the waterline stripes parallel with the water?
There is no doubting the boat's performance, but it just looks wrong.

What can make it worse is that as the GPS sensor and stern light are on the starboard side, so the outboard engine gets mounted on the port side.   As well as adding another domestic battery under the starboard bunk, I also have spare diesel and petrol, spare anchor with chain in the starboard lazarette so I think mine is reasonably balanced.  I do not think the Gin & tonic in the fridge and the beer stored under the floor in front of the cooker make much effect, but they keep me happy.  

Before loading up the lazarettes I decided to put in partitions to protect the calorifier and steering yoke and you can see how I did it by following the link here.   At least one 341 had its calorifier mounted under the starboard bunk, whilst mine is in the back.  I do not know the reason for the difference.
