How to remove tap assembly in Heads

   I have a leak coming from behind the tap assembly in the saloon heads. There is no access to get behind the chrome plate unless you are a small child🤣 Any ideas? Do I need to drill an access hatch through the bottom of the cupboard above or am I missing a trick?
