Apart from paying someone to do it , I have been happy with mast position installation with no problems in 6 years noting that it is mounted just above lowered spreader on a side mount NOT a forward mount as I seen on one boat, to curare jib and Genoa leech. There were installation issues at the switch board area where the installer piggybacked it to an existing component - was finally fixed by purchase of the special component which is listed n the B and G booklet - it is covered in a thread earlier Peter -
