I have a 2008 370 with a Sparcraft mast. A clevis pin for the lower spreader has disappeared over the winter and I must replace it.
Does anyone know the model of the mast? |

Whenever I’ve needed anything for the mast I’ve simply quoted the serial number stamped near the ‘gate’ in the mast track to the UK dealer and they’ve been able to help. Doesn’t directly answer the question but maybe worth a shot?

I've had tremendous luck with Sparcraft France over the years. At first contact about 10 years ago, they provided the full rig spec showing exits, spreaders, dimensions, etc which has been a great reference. Send them a note with your Hanse model number and build date, I'm sure they'll be able to help. Try info@sparcraft.com along with maudoin@sparcraft.com (Michel Audoin, sales manager) I used to have the contact for after sales support but that person is no longer there. Good luck Steve

That site is blocked for me I guess being Canadian I may be considered a security risk. Sorry that is Trump who thinks that!

This blocked site interested me... :-) I have a son who lived in Canada and says: He connected to his VPN in Saskatchewan (through the ISP Sasktel) and was able to open the web page. I do not think this is a Canada issue. It could be your "browser" trying to protect you, or a problem with your ISP. Also, sometimes a server gets hacked and undesirably sends out spam or scam emails. The ISPs and/or companies like Google (thus also Chrome) will pick up on this and warn the user. There may be a "Advanced" button, and further a "Proceed to site" button, but I advise against this, as the site might have been hacked and contain malware. As the site currently works for me, if the issue is related to hacking, it is possible that the error has been recovered and that you can now reach it. It is also in this case possible that the owners of the site have failed to report to "Google" and other big browsing safety enthusiasts that the site is now clear. Google, for example, will send the page owners an email saying that they are blocking their sites and will wait to hear from them about the problems being corrected. Others likely act similar. Have you tried a different browser, different ISP (location)? Perhaps I learned something .. :-) |
