Unfortunately I'll have to remove the port aft window which is leaking because of deglueing.
As already said it's a PITA job.
I believe everybody agrees that for glueing one should use Sika® Primer-209 D  and Sikaflex®-295 UV.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

As you can see from my post in this thread may 2019, I used Sika® Primer-209 D and Sikaflex®-295 UV. After 3 seasons the window still keeps dry  -  no leaking.
Of the 300ml patron, I was surprised that I had to use almost everything. So if your window is much larger than the one on a 320, just one patron could be too little. (...and of course there is no time to go and buy som more when you have started to put the sikaflex on the boat/window....)

Ok, Thanks.
My worry is to break the window while trying to remove it.
I think I'll use some little wood wedges and be very careful.

By the way..I read you used acetone, which as all solvents is no good for the windows ;it causes little cracks as this guy says in the video below (@ 9min 10 sec).
Use alcool and  water . "White spirit"is ok to remove Sika stains on gelcoat..
Unfortunately the video stops halfway:

FYI
For a proper job a suggest to follow accurately the Sika guidelines that you can find here:

As an example they  say how much Sika you need for a specific bead width and depth and , very important, the V shape of the bead  (you can make a V "nozzle" by simply cutting a V shape on a side of the circular one you normally find in stores). Very important is also to use rubber spacers (depth less than bead depth)
