Does anyone know if there are pre-mounted powercables within the pedestal?
I'l be mounting a chartplotter and trying to find out if I need to to pull powercables all the way from the controllpanel or not.

They should be there.  There was certainly a bundle with everything needed for a Chartplotter and an Autohelm on my 342 .

On my boat 370#469 there where just thin power cables to the compas 0.5mm2 so i dismounted the top of the pedestal and pulled new 2.5mm2 cables through the pedestal parallel to the compass cables and conected them to the pre drawn cable in the stern for the Plotter. There are power cables in the room behind the stern cabin both for the Plotter and Autopilot conected to the switchboard.

There should be a bundle in the aft space for a chart plotter. The power cables other ends are at the bottom of the space behind the switch panel. I had to look hard and dig deep to find them.

The cables to look for are blue (minus), orange and there should be a grounding cable (yellow and green).

I hawe the same colors and used a volt meter to double check the voltage at the cable ends when switching the plotter switch on the switch board.

We, too, have two bundles in the aft space. The one behind the aft cabin looks like this:

There are 12+ volts between the black/red and the blue one when the autopilot switch is on. Hope the other cables are connected to the switch panel, too!

The meaning of the third cable was a mystery so I decided to take a look to Myhanse, and once again it was easy to find the answer. Thanks, Boudewijn!

Can anyone explain me where is the ground?  I made some measurements with a multimeter today and find out that those Yellow&Green cables of autopilot and VHF are connected together. I expected that “ground” would mean that they are electrically connected to the keel bolts, but they weren’t. No connection to the mast pole, either. Btw, the mast pole and the keel bolts are not connected to each other, either.

Another mystery is the Radio (Reserve) cable. The Calira plan does not name the switch (Stromkreis) for it, and it really doesn’t give any electricity. It is in the same bundle with another (but thicker) “gelb-braun” Radio cable, which gives 12+ volts when the “Stromkreis 6” is switched on.

I still haven't figured out how the grounding circuit works, but the whole electric system is grounded. There should be a major connection point below the circuit board that grounds all circuits. Also there should be a earth leak switch  (aardlek schakelaar = don't know the english word) in the aft compartment.

Logically one would expect that the grounding plate would be part of that system, but I have not checked that. Maybe someone else did.

On my boat the grounding plate was a part of the VHF antenna installation.
I assume if i took this option, all the green and yellow cables had been fitted to this in some way.

The ground cables are connected together behind the panel, next to the blue (-) cables.
