Marcel I see your point, so if I Understand you correctly the depth at the sail drive opening is the inner liner / grp strongback grid + hull ?

I refer to our own boat a 2006 hanse 370
And that is indeed what i ment to say.

our 545 2010 epoxy Hanse hull is made of 2 pieces like Marcel explain.
one starbord part and one portside piece are laminated together in the longitude way with a wide overlap of GRP. So in the centerline the outer shell of the hull is much ticker.
The foam core goes below the waterline, in places where there are truhull fittings etc. is no foam and the thickness is appprox 10mm there.
I do not know there is foam where the integral grid is bounded to the hull ???? I believe not.

I am not sure where the idea that Hanse currently build boats in two halves came from, Certainly our 415 was built in one hull mould, then the grid was bonded to the hull.
The confusion may come from the small line you see on a newly delivered boat which is where the two halves of the mould join before they are taken apart to release the completed hull.
All the best

I do not know how the present Hanses are build, but my 2006 Hanse 370 is build out off two parts that are laminated together.
Seen a movie off it at the presentation in 2006 wenn we bought our boat , and you can see it on the in and outside off the hull.
We bought our bout without primer and antifouling and there were some points at the hull we had to fill with epoxy and wenn we grinded some pieses we could also see the joint were the two halves came together.

👍Marcel has right
At that time Hanse produced there hulls in 2 pieces and joint then together at a secret factory in Poland near the Baltic Sea
As working for a Hanse dealer I visit the plant 2008-2009 after undersign a duty of confidentiality paper.
Costumers are not allowed.
They transported the big hulls with the engine and a provisional deck by sea to Greifwald factory to build then off.
