I consider replacing my 10 kg Delta anchor on the bow roller with a 10 kg Rocna. Have anyone done this already? Seems like some adaptions are needed, not just plug and play?

Not sure about the construction of a 345 but it may help to know that you needn't bother about lining up the retaining pin on the roller with the hole on a Rocna. Indeed, Rocna state that you should not use a pin as the roller may be damaged if the anchor is hit by a heavy sea. I use dyneema lashing instead.

I've anchored a great deal this year and the difference between the Delta and the Rocna has to be experienced to be believed, especially in less-good holding.

I have replaced my 10kg delta with a 10 kg Rocna on my 315 (the new version) The swap is unproblematic, but the retaining pin is not compatible with the Rocna. However the pin prevents the anchor from rushing out when inserted in front of the anchor

Thanks for good advice both of you! I now realize that the Rocna isn’t «pin compatible» with Delta, but that’s no showstopper as I should secure it by a lashing instead of the retaining pin. Then I guess «Lathans» will be upgraded to Rocna level this summer!
