The faucet valve in the foreword cabin has begun leaking.  This is the hot/cold on/off valve.

I’ve removed it, and it doesn’t appear to be serviceable so I’m need to replace it.

Any idea where to get one?

Thanks!

Hi,

We had a leaking faucet when water was being heated (such as under engine) and followed the link below which resolved perfectly. The issue was the pressure from the hot water system was forcing a leak and PRV to drip water into bilge.

For us fix worked perfectly, was simple to install and very dry boat again Smile

wow!!!  The leak is fixed!!  That seems to have been the problem!  We just connected to shore power and was heating water.  After cracking off the pressure…. No more drips!!!

Thank you for posting this!!!

Rob,

Pleased it helped.

Longer term an expansion vessel in the hot water circuit is your solution, it's easy to fit, I used flexible hoses that just needed a spanner to install as had rubber washers so no plumbing skills required 😉

Dry bilges and no leaks ever since!

Jon
