Hanse 461E Bowthruster End Cap

   Hi everyone I have read the various threads reference various bow thruster issues, the latest being my own Hanse 461 Bowthruster End Cap coming away last season. I have contacted Hanse in Germany and they informed me that they do not have spare parts or the form to reproduce the end cap as the yacht is older than 10 years. I found this to be very disappointing especially from after sales customer support.
To that end does anyone on this forum have a suggestion where I may be able to obtain a replacement Bow Thruster End Cap to suit the 461E 2006 vintage or alternative manufacturing ideas.

Grateful for your advice.

	hello Sorry to hear that. We have made one by ourselves(form in metal and cap in GRP) this is the only solution. The after sales service after the warranty period by Hanse is one big ZERO!!!!
