Hello Tricky and Abstinenz.
I readed your discussion about genoa track and genoa sails. Now that several months are passed i need an update.
Are you happy with your gena 106, 108, or 110°? Do you use some batten?
What kind of track you used (on the roof? what type? Harken? code number?)?
And finally to tricky: do you modifie according to the Deler picture?
I'm ansoious to your answers.

Hello,

The 10x% is working very good, mine is made by Gran Sails and is a radial cut white laminate.
I have 3 battens standing parallell to the head stay. I have been using the sail both with and without the battens, but cant really see or feel any difference in performance.
I am consiedering having the pockets for the battens removed now that I am replacing the furler with a new adjustable headstay and Tuff Luff Aero.
Will certainly remove the UV protection on the aft and lower edge of the sail which can be seen on the pictures.
Might be I'm getting new ones in the horisontal plane after a new evaluation.

When it comes to how to lead the sheets back to the winches, that project is not finalized yet. Have for time being attached a block to the stancion, and run the sheet trough that. It has been working ok, but i am still looking into another solution, more streamlined.

Will post some new pictures if my idea works.

Brg
Tricky

Sorry I'm late to reply, somehow I missed this one.

Hi,
We never got the answer to this question:What kind of track you used (on the roof? what type? Harken? code number?)?
