Despite tightening the wheel brake boss on my 370 there remains about 1.0cm  of 'play' on the wheel.
This translates to slight movement in the drag rods and hence to the rudder when at anchor etc.
When the brake is released all is well and there is no ' play' evident in the steering system itself either under sail or motor.
My enquiries to Jefa suggest this is not an issue albeit, I would would be interested to hear if anyone has similar experience with their boat and, if so, found a solution.
I have  replaced the cones at either end of the drag rods thinking this might be a contributory  issue although this has not had any effect.
Thanks for any thoughts / suggestions.

Ever since I took delivery of my Hanse in 2008 I never could get the wheel brake to work.  Ended up lashing the wheel to the pedestal.  I spoke to Jefa earlier this year and they said to re-cut the internal threads on the hub as if the wheel is bolted on too tight they can get compressed and not allow the brake to function correctly.  That worked for me.  There are instructions on the Jefa site as to how to do it.  Plenty of lube and take it slowly, backing the tap out frequently to clear the  cuttings.  Took around an hour to do.
