hello

This is the worst sailmaker I've ever seen

I showed him Hanse specs, a message from north, all pictures from here, pictures from my sail and.much more

He doesn't care at all

He's the best sailmaker in the world
All other, including the biggest one,are idiots
Judel vrolijk doesn't know about sail making
I cannot sail
He doesn't have to see my sail to design his sails

Conclusion

I think I'll have to buy a new one

I'm busy with EU internet fraud department as this is considered as internet sales fraud
Not only those who wander are lost

I've learn that the best way to learn about people is to sail with them

when did you buy it?

As for the sailmaker any sail older than a year is old stuff without shape

I would be looking to whatever consumer protection authority exists in your country for assistance to get my money back or have the sail made good.

I would think the small cost of having a lawyer write to them on your behalf would make them realise things are serious and maybe generate a discussion around making good for you.

Lastly I would name and shame them on this forum and elsewhere if neither of the above gets  satisfactory result.

Bottom line, sails are the key ingredient of a sailboat, it most certainly is an area where you get what you pay for. Deal with larger reputable lofts or a sailmaker that you know from prior experience.
